Roof rack mount for the STEDI LED rock lights

Enables the light to be mounted on a flat surface (roof rack leg) using 2 off M5x12mm bolts.
It gives a 30 degree mounting angle to match 120 degree beam angle of the light.
There is a drill template to help position the holes.
