Updated to fit a little better

My wife finally got me back in to fountain pens. Chose clear pilot Kaküno as my starter which helps see the level of ink, etc., but they have two issues:

  1. it was hard to tell blue ink from black
  2. my wife really disliked lack of a clip

Solved both at the same time by creating a slip-on clip for the Pilot Kaküno fountain pen. (and yes, I'm not ashamed to use a kid's pen as I'm getting going again)

You should be able to print both pieces with the orientations given for good strength. As long as the fit is accurate (might need to tune your printer a tad) the pieces should just hold together with the band holding the clip against the pen with no need for glue.

For my original Ender 3 I print with a layer of 0.28 and horizontal expansion of -0.1.

You might want to print with bands to match your inks, clips to match them, or both.

UPDATE 1:

Had a request for a dual-clip version so that someone could hold their notebook closed by clipping to both covers.

The "no cut" version of the band requires some sort of flexible filament to get slid down onto the pen cap.

UPDATE 2:

Now that I have a more precise printer I tuned up the parts to fit a little better. Plus added .step versions for the newer files (OrcaSlicer is quite handy)
