the groove is 5x5mm
On the testpin the pins on both sides are positioned 1mm towards the opening compared to the exact distances of the parts - so slightliy loose fit should be perfect ;-)

So eine Testmöglichkeit wollte ich mir schon länger machen...
Die Maße könnt ihr dem Foto entnehmen.
Ich habe die Nasen auf beiden Seiten 1mm Richtung Öffnung verschoben (im Vergleich zu den gemessenen Maßen). Die Teile schnappen so sicher ein.
Wenn der Testpin etwas Luft hat (0,5mm) sollte es perfekt sein ;-)
Das Teil natürlich am besten im Liegen ausdrucken...
Habe noch Prägungen mit den zwei Abständen Anschlag<>Nut-Anfang von 12mm auf der obern und 20mm auf der unteren Seite eingefügt.
