After a few not-so-elegant landings with my scratch-built Flite Test Simple Cub my landing gear began to shift and move a lot.  Upon inspection the foam that inserts into the fuselage with the landing gear wire, as well as the actual foam in the fuselage had worn out and become sloppy allowing the wheels to move too far aft.  Of course, this made for unnecessary nose-overs while landing and taxiing.  These pieces tighten things up with a slop-free interface.

I also made a wing edge-guard as my rubber bands were beginning to cut into the wing foam on the trailing edge.

I have over 20 flights on these now (including a few crashes!) and it's still going strong.  I hope this helps you!

Directions for Landing Gear Reinforcement:  The larger of the two pieces gets glued into the fuselage, pushing it all the way in.  It forms the receptacle for the gear itself.  The smaller of the two u-shaped pieces gets glued onto the gear itself.  After the glue dries, push the gear into the fuselage and enjoy how firmly it's held in place.

Directions for Wing Edge Guard: Glue onto center of the trailing edge of the wing.  If applying to a 4-channel plane you may need to trim the guard down a bit on each end to clear the ailerons.  I designed it originally for a 3 channel plane, and have since used it on a 4 channel but needed to trim it with a knife before gluing.
