Zip tie holder to mount under the table or walls. Flat and corner mount available
Fusion360 model is parameterizable (within limits).
Main parameters:
diameter – Opening of mount (>5mm)
tie_widrh – With of zip tie (>1mm)
Sub parameters:
tie_high -Thickness of zip tie (>1mm), normally 2mm are good choice
plate_width: width of mount plate (>5mm), 10mm for 3mm screws works well
plate_high: thickness of mount plate (>2mm), stable enough and 3mm countersunk head screw work
Screw-hole set to 3mm
For convenience a few diameter variations with tie_hight set to 2mm t uploaded as STL and STEP.
