This model can be printed facing up with auto supports. Was only around 15mins on a P1S with 4 walls.
You can pretty much any setting you want. Then simply remove the supports and insert the breakout board which is pressure fit.
It will only support specific breakout boards. I personally used a small USB C with a ribbon cable already with all the pulldown resistors needed.
