depending on how your printer is tuned, everything should just friction fit.
My printer ISN'T tuned at all, so it does. Maybe you need a dab 
of glue, dunno.
Everything fits on the buildplate in one printjob, just size to your liking and add a filament change at the layer the lettering comes in.
