Print everything on standard settings but print the grid on a higher resolution . You need to print it 4 times to get a complete 64x64 grid. Or if you have a decent 3d printer you can print the full 64x64 grid in one go. You need to print 2 feet and secure them to the cover with m3 nuts and bolts. Print the cutting-template pdf on an A4 sheet to get a cutting guide for the Glass/Acrylic
