The power connector was designed for FM1000 series VHF transceivers. The power connectors of these trx are very hard to get. They use standard molex-pc connectors.
Printing
Print using a 0.25mm nozzle. Use PETG material, it's much more flexible than PLA.
Set the layer height to 0.1mm and infill to 30% to achieve the appropriate strength. Supports are not required.
Assembly
Use standard female-contacts commonly found in power connectors used for HDDs, CD-ROMs, etc. The contacts can be purchased at Mouser under the PN 163306-2.
