This is a simple 120mm angled fan mount. I use to build these using old fans to better direct the fans airflow.

You will require to print 2 of these and then glue them together (with your favorite type of glue, I used an epoxy style glue). It is recommended to off set the 2 pieces on the mounting holes so that you can utilize all of the mounting holes for the chassis mount, and fan mounting. You can use a #8 x 32 threaded machine screw to mount to chassis and to fan or equivalent metric machine screw size.
