The USS Nautilus SSN-571 submarine model created by Liebe Grüsse Marc of cgtrader is outstanding. However the model does not include retracting and functioning bow planes. This modification is an addon to that model, and allows the buyer to create an rc submarine with bow planes that both retract and rotate to improve the diving characteristics of the sub, as well as look more scale, since the real sub had them.
I've attached a full parts list and build instructions, as well as all the files necessary to print and build the functional bow planes for the SSN-571. Also included is an stl or obj file that can be loaded into any cad or slicer program to see how the parts are assembled from any angle.
