The Keybak Sidekick is a high quality alternate tensioning device for users in USA - it's ~$10-12, and available on amazon for quick delivery.
The Sidekick will work fine with the stock rectangular holder, but will sit funny, and I just didn't like how it looked.
Step 1 - snip off the belt loop and remove the split ring/keychain parts, on the Sidekick.
Step 2 - print this, and jam it into the stock rectangular holder.
