Every corner routing template I've seen has had a 5mm or larger radius. These are more subtle at 3mm and 4mm.

I like to route the corners of slab drawer fronts first, so I end up with nicely blended corners. Trying to route the short edge of the panel is awkward and inconsistent. The 3mm guide closely approximates the radius required for an 1/8" round over bit and the 4mm guide was easy enough to add when I was working up the 3mm template, so I did.
I use a little adhesive backed carpet grip tape to help the template stay n place during the routing operation.
