Print-flat, folding faceless pwnagotchi case with external antenna mount. This was designed for a Bananapi M4zero, but should be a close-enough fit for Raspberry PizeroW or Pizero2w. Also fits a PiSugar 3 with working buttons. All of the faces end up on the print bed. Works nicely with textured and holographic print beds.
Printed with 0.2 layers so the “hinges” get 2 layers. Be careful when folding, so you don't crack the hinges (like the one on the SD-card face in the pics.. oops!). The antenna mount is easier to attach before inserting the retaining tab into the slot on the side. The inside has about 3mm clearance above the pi, which is enough for a flat, full-length aluminum heatsink.
