Additional Hardware Required
6x Steel/Titanium M3x20mm screws
12x Nylon spacers (~1mm thick)
6x M3 Nylock nuts (already included with the Super Racer bed)
M3 Steel/Titanium ~6.2mmX~4.4mmX~8mm ODxIDxH (they can be shorter or taller that is not too important as the nylon spacer squish)
SSR Relay
If the first option is selected an M4 threaded thermocouple will need to be acquired.
Here is the one I am using: High Precision PT100 M4 Thread Sensor Temperature Class A Pt1000 Probe Brass Screw M3 M6 3 Wire FEP Cable for Coffee Machine (aliexpress.us)
Conclusion
This should improve first layer consistency; because, cast aluminum tooling plates have little less stress and at 6mm at this area it should bow very little with heat applied. The AC heater will speedup bed heat up times significantly.
edit: realized the bed assembly file was only the cast tooling plate so i updated it
