This is a BenQ Screenbar Mount for the Alienware AW3423DWF But it probably also fits other monitors. It uses 4 M4x12 screws but could also be modified to simply be glued together. I used old screws in the weight box but you can use anything that is about the same weight. Note that the chamfer for the cable is untested because the prototype i printed didn't have it.
