Have you ever wanted the perfect gift for your spouse who enjoys coffee as much as you? Maybe you also felt simply getting matching coffee cups wasn't “close” enough? Have you ever wondered how 2 coffee cups would hold hands? Well do I have the answers for you!
The engagement coffee cups are 2 identical cups locked in beautiful harmony at the handles. One could say they are “holding HANDles”. The handles were beefed up a bit to ensure they stay locked together through even the roughest of tumbles. Hopefully.
Those who have seen the meme will get the reference, those who don't, once more I am sorry lol.
Print settings:
- Layer height: 0.2mm-0.24mm+ the handles are at a 45 degree angle so 0.24 is about the max I would go to keep things smooth. I used 0.2mm with great results.
- Walls: 2-4, I used 4 as it was my default print setting.
- Infill: 10-20%, it is a decorative part so use your best judgement. I used 20%.
- Supports: Should be used for best quality, Honestly it was relatively minimal for myself but it depends on your printer and its cooling ability.
- Material: Dealer's choice, I used PLA.
This is a decorative item and should not be used as an actual cup(s) as you will not be able to properly sanitize it. Regardless of layer adhesion micro cracks and gaps exist.
