Custom Dust Shoe for 500W 52mm Spindle
Benefits:
- Provides excellent air stream and dust control.
- Simple and cost-effective to make.
- Easy to attach and detach thanks to the magnets.

Materials Needed:
- 1x M4 x 30mm screw and nut
- 10x 6mm x 1.6mm magnets
- 1x cheap paintbrush
- Super glue
Steps:
Print with Support
Attach the Bristles:
- Cut open the paintbrush to remove the bristles.
- Using super glue, attach the bristles to the dust shoe. Ensure they are evenly spaced and secure.
- Allow the glue to dry
- Trim the bristles to a length of approximately 4 cm
Magnet Installation:
- Install the magnets on the dust shoe to enable easy attachment and removal. Space them with the orientation in mind
Assembly:
- Use the M4 x 30mm screw and nut to secure the body to the spindle
Compatibility:
- This dust shoe is designed to fit standard 32mm hoses (with an inner diameter of 32mm).
