Hello there!
My fellow air rifle enthusiasts liked the idea of 3d printing sight risers and asked me to make models for Anschütz rifles too - and here they are!
I didn't go all the way and created different heights - maybe I'll do that later and update the model. For now, there is the 12mm version, as well as the inventor (.ipt) and fusion (.f3d) files so you can make your own adjustments. Feel free to remix and happy printing!
My print settings:
- PLA
- 0.4 mm nozzle
- 0.2mm layer height (the smaller the height, the nicer the curved surface will look - otherwise 0.2 does fine!)
- Orientation: I recommend laying the risers down on the flat part of the dovetail and using supports for the shoulders. You can try to print them standing up without the need for supports, but many printers will struggle with the sharp edges of the dovetail.
Further requirements:
- 2x socket Screw M3x20mm
- 1x socket Screw M3x16mm
- 3x Hex Nut M3
Please note that this is a work in progress. If you are experiencing troubles with the model, please let me know in the makes section and I'll be happy to fix them!
