For the framework 16 laptop, the expansion bay is swappable.  Either the empty bay for iGPU usage, or a dGPU.  If you've got both and are traveling, you need a way to transport the uninstalled one while protecting it's internals.

This is a very fast design to provide a cover/shield for the internals of the expansion bay.  This can both be used for storage, and for transport (luggage, in my case).

The pictures are bad, but give a sense; the blue is the dGPU, the green is an unmounted iGPU.  The hinge gap clips are shown (what clips into the black), and the front/side clips can be seen.

Ignore the broken/missing clip in the blue- I knocked that during joining the pieces, and didn't have time to reprint before flying.

The openscad source code for this can be found here.

For the pictured prints, this was via a i3 mk4; Prusament PETG, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm speed, 15% infill w/ standard grid pattern.  You might want to consider something like honeycomb for the infill- the point being to avoid any internal vertical gaps where something piercing can go through.  Honeycomb or gyroid at least puts some infill layers in the way for that… Or you could just up the perimeters and top/bottom layer count.  I'd do both, personally.
