anbei mein Entwurf für Dübelspitzenadapter um mit 8mm Spitzen auf Dübellochdurchmessern von 12;14;16mm arbeiten zu können.
Ich habe als Input Spitzen die 8mm verwendet, da ich davon am meisten habe ;).
Druck in PETG/PLA - ich habe es solid gedruckt also einfach mit 7 perimetern & 0,2mm.
Optimierungen gegenüber anderen Modellen:
- Loch zur einfachen Entnahme
- Fusion 3D file geteilt!
- Absatz zum Versenken des Pins im Adapter
- Toleranzen sind bei mir mit MK4 so eng gewählt, dass der Pin beim Kopfüberdrehen nicht herausfällt.

hi everyone :),
here is my design for dowel tip adapters to be able to work with 8mm tips on dowel hole diameters of 12;14;16mm.
I used the 8mm as input tips as I have the most of them ;).
Printing in PETG/PLA - I printed it solid so just with 7 perimeters & 0,2mm.
Optimizations compared to other models:
- Hole for easy removal
- Fusion 3D file split!
- Step for countersinking the pin in the adapter
- Tolerances are so tight with MK4 that the pin does not fall out when the head is turned over.
