This is a rendering of the outline of all the county boundaries in the contiguous United States.
With a 0.4mm nozzle, some of the smaller counties in the east come out solid. I expect a 0.1mm nozzle and finer print settings would resolve the finer details.
I've sized this to fill my 220mm print bed, it should upscale nicely for those with the means to make bigger versions. Shrinking any further will result in larger areas of solid, indiscernible borders.
there was a request for a solid version; i've given it a shot. It may be a bit of a wrestle to get a two color slice, so I'm including mine.
