I made this D20 for a friend. Scale to your liking.

I scaled it to 2.5 inches for my first print and used tree supports. It's a bit tricky, but it's possible to remove all the supports, just be patient and use some needle nose pliers, a scribe, or something long and narrow to fish them all out.

You'll notice around the middle layer that it begins to wobble on one point of contact. I happened to have some luck, but some of the external walls had some layer bubbling due to the top layer curling up. I figure you could mess around with the print orientation to fix this issue, (as you'll need supports anyway) and possibly you could lay it on an edge instead of the 20 sided face. Let me know what works best for you!

I included a STEP file as well as the F3D file I used to make it if you'd like to make some modifications. ( I wish more creators did this ) ; trying to convert an STL to a solid vector-less object is headache-inducing sometimes in Fusion)

Edit:

I tried my hand at printing at 1.5 inches, I think unless you're great at working in tight spaces, this thing needs to be a bit bigger than usual; I would opt for 2-3 inches. My first die was 2.5 inches, and I could get all the supports out. I don't have a resin printer, but I would assume it would be a bit easier to remove them from that type of print. Also, the holes in each side cause a small wall thickness near the vertex of each face, so there are gonna be (if my math is correct) 60 weak points near the triangular holes, so be very careful when removing supports or you will rip off a third of 3 faces.

Maybe at a later date, I will reduce the size of the holes so it isn't as weak.. but the smaller the holes, the harder to reach the supports on the inside… so if any of you have any suggestions or constructive criticism, let me know.

Wall loops/perimeters: 4
Gyroid Infill: 20%
Supports are needed, I used tree supports.
