I used it as a stand for a cute crochet figure my partner made.
After printing plate_1, it's recommended to test the slate tightly fits, and adjust plate_2 if needed.
I didn't use glue.
Update: v1.1 has a shorter base, which looks nicer to me. The pictures are of v1.0.
