As both of the clamps on my headset were broken, I designed some new.
The shape is hard to measure so it's not 100% but good fit.
I ran though a lot of iterations to get it like that and ended up with these parameters:
PETG(-CF)
0.16 layer
No supports needed
100% infill
Maybe get you a new headband while you're at it (~5€ on Ali)
