This is the model I have created for a prototype lever action collet chuck using ER32 collets.
I presented the initial idea to my youtube audience and there was lots of feedback - some of it has been incorporated into this model. I have not made a full metal version yet, but it's here along with drawings for anyone who is interested. If you do make one, please let me know - I would love to see it.
Drawings are for the core components only as the backplate and the lever mechanism will need to be adapted for your own machine - everything is in the fusion360 model for my lathe which is a WM280V-F (similar to this one https://www.warco.co.uk/img/cms/WM280V-F.pdf).
