The inserts here are designed for Bosch vacuum hoses with factory wands. I wanted to keep the wands attached to the hoses and still take advantage of Peter H's 50mm camlock system. You can make an insert for any wand up to 40mm OD.
To make an insert, add a cone or cylinder that matches your wand to the Male Threaded Insert Blank.
Printed with PLA/PETG (various brands), .2mm layer, 3walls, 10% infill on Ender 3 S1 Pro.
Note: Inserts will thread completely into the camlock fitting. In the photo, the inserts are partially screwed in.
