For a 30 dia x 15 cm spool with ~6 cm hole (Sunlu 5 kg spool).
It will fit on a 220 x 220 mm plate. (barely)
Use ½ inch conduit cut to 22 cm lengths.
There are holes to set screws into the cross rails to firm them up. I am using M5 bolts into threaded holes in the conduit.
