The plexiglass scoring / cutting tool sold at Lowe's hardware store come with a small piece of cellophane to protect the blade. The blade is quite sharp this sheath will protect you from the blade and the blade from you.
No infill is needed if you use multiple perimeters. Though 5% provides a slight weight that provides a nicer hand feel.
