ABS used for the main structure, but PLA for the side panels. Printed with 3 walls and only 8% gyroid infill: probably better sound with 5 walls and higher infill, but this is not an audiophile set up!
M4 x 6mm screws are used to attach the side panels to the 5mm M4 heat set inserts.
Print the files reversed for the second speaker (to mount to the other side of the van/vehicle) or print a reversed “Open Side” panel if no mounting holes are required.
