This is a series of flex plates to be used with the CASA enclosure. There are multiple options in the collection.
Hardware:
Panel 1 Port Plus Regulator
Qty 2 - M5 x 9.5mm heat set inserts
Qty 2 - M5 x 8mm button head screws
Qty 4 - M3 x 4mm heat set inserts
Qty 4 - M3 x 10mm socket head screws
Panel 2 Ports
Qty 8 - M3 x 4mm heat set inserts
Qty 8 - M3 x 10mm socket head screws
Print Settings:
Orientation I used was face down with supports and brim. Sliced with Semi Structural settings.
Print at 100% since I already accounted for shrinkage.
Assembly:
After printing the part out of ABS, poke out supports from the other side, then insert the required heat sets flush.
Print the desired plate insert then attach with the 3mm x 10mm socket head screws.
For the regulator simply attach the mounting bracket using the M5x8mm screws then continue assembly as instructed.
