This remix doesn't change anything but the feet. If you haven't printed the original case, go here and print nlapenn's slim version:

This remix is simply because the screen on the macropad board is hard to see when it's laying flat on the desk out in front of you. By angling the macropad up, you can now see the screen better.
Just attach this stand (without the original feet) to the slim shell version with the same screws you used to attach the original feet.
