Simply print, attach a keyring/keys and click into a Klickfast dock

Recommended Printing:

0.20mm layer height

100% infil

Use normal supports (snug style works for me)

Orient on short side with hole at top (see image)

Use PETG, ABS, PC or PA for best results

Note: orienting on short side should increase shear strength of the column/pillar between the stud and rectangle. However, this orientation will make the hole cutout into more of a oval than a circle.

Material Testing

Most material testing happened with another model that shares the same stud and standoff design.

In short, PLA was very weak and unsuitable for actual use. ABS was much better but lacked shear strength thus would often fail/snap where the standoff meets the stud.

PC has been by far the best material I've tested so far but still needs more real world testing.

Should be noted that Peter Jones (who make Klickfast) mention they use Nylon for all of their plastic products.
