I built my kids a bunk bed and used the Ikea Bed Slats as the base for the top bunk. The slats could twist and slide around and risked falling down.
I made this retaining bracket. Used 4 (one in each corner). No more risk of shifting slats.
Recessed mounting holes.
Writing on the bottom was done in slicer. (It's not in the model). Do that yourself if desired!
