I've included 3 variants of the lugs for different design aesthetics. Designed to be printed without supports, you may get some droop on overhangs. Should have minimal part cooling to allow for better strength. I recommend printing one at a time instead of batch, this will help ensure part will limit deformation from excess cooling.
Lug should be printed from PETG or similar amorphous polymer. Additives like carbon fiber (from a good supplier) have been helpful in improving rigidity. PA6 + cf has unfortunately shown to deform over time (6 months) due to moisture.
