Best printed with translucent filaments like PETG. You will need white, yellow, red, black, and blue colors. Layer changes are at (1, 1.8, 2.6, 3.4) mm but these are already included in the 3mf file.
Remix Info
The original design by Kail looks good if you have matte colors but I was getting undesirable color mixing with my transparent filaments so I decided to clean it up in blender. The primary change is that each color gets more layers to achieve a better color depth. Note that if you want a different size Kail included an openscad file to customize.
I tried to clean up the geometry a bit but it's still pretty screwed up. It slices fine but wasn't easy to use with boolean operations. For some reason I thought openscad produced cleaner models.
