Mean Well produce a lot of decent power supply modules that are not expensive. The PT-65B is a good match for an Amiga, even one with a 68030 and plenty of memory. This case houses the power supply unit. A suitable switch, AC inlet and cable gland are up to you.
edit Feb 26: PT-65B is not the best match for an Amiga because Mean Well indicate that you should use a minimum load, so a load resistor is required to ensure the power supply starts up and operates as the datasheet specifies. If you are replacing the internals of an Amiga PSU, a PT supply makes sense because it fits well. If printing a new case for your PSU then don't use this one; not only is is a fairly flimsy case, you should be using this new one, with the RT-65B.
You will need an Amiga square power connector, stocked by many retro Amiga retailers. You need multicore cable - auto trailer cable is easily available and economical. See Digikey/Mouser etc. for the rest of the parts.
Mains wiring is obviously necessary for this - don't try this unless you understand how to do it properly.
