This is a relief map of Vvardenfell, the setting of The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind. Heightmap made from the original game files using TESAnnwyn, and then created STL using Blender.
I moved the base up through the terrain about a millimeter in Blender to clip out underwater areas that are in the heightmap; the model roughly approximates the actual water/sea level in the game, while the heightmap includes all terrain above and below water.
I printed on a Bambu P1S with decent results, 0.2mm layer height and 0.4mm nozzle. Obviously a smaller nozzle would be more ideal but I'm pretty happy with this result as it is. For the print in the photo I scaled the STL so the total vertical height was 20mm.
