I made these years ago inspired by other wrench organizers that I saw, but I wanted to be able to carry the wrenches without concern for them falling out or the retention strap coming loose.
Added extended clips to accommodate wrenches 8 mm wider if needed.
Slicer Settings (Cura)
Large and Small Wrench Trays:
- Material - PETG is best if used in a hot toolbox sitting in a garage. I used HTPLA.
- Orientation - open section facing away from bed
- Layer height - 0.20
- Wall line count - 2
- Top layers - 4
- Bottom layers - 4
- Infill density - 20%
- Infill pattern - Cubic Subdivision
- Support - None
Large and Small Clips:
- Material - PETG was used for flexibility as PLA may snap
- Orientation - Sitting on its side
- Layer height - 0.28
- Wall line count - 2
- Top layers - 2
- Bottom layers - 2
- Infill density - 15%
- Infill pattern - Lines (flexibility)
- Support - None
