The Miele W1 and T1 (washer, dryer) both have drain lines - the washer, a 7/8-inch and the dryer around 1/2-inch. This adapts the two to fit into a 1 ½-in pipe. I suggest you use a material that will hold up to both hot water and caustic chemicals. The one pictured is printed in nylon.
Included is a FreeCAD file. To tune the sizes of the various ports, see the spreadsheet - there are some rows that act as input sizes for the various actual hoses as well as some control on taper for the inside where hoses connect for the top two or the outside where it goes into the drain. Definitely comment if this ends up almost useful but for something missing in the design or usability on either the .stl or .FCStd versions, and I can see where I can help.
