This is a TPU printable bump stop that I made for a lid stop for a piece of equipment. This model has an embedded 3/8" nut that you can set a pause on your printer and insert and print over the top. I find 2 perimeters with a 0.6mm nozzle and 0.3mm layer height and 15-20 percent infill gyroid or grid offers decent flexibility while still being firm. You can adjust perimeters and infill to adjust how stiff or flexible you want it. I have printed it with OVERTURE TPU. I included the STEP file so you can adjust the size you need for the fastener's you are using and the size to fit your applications.
