Modular SSD Bracket Upgrade Kit

This 3-part system features a mounting rail for easy insertion of modular SSD mount brackets, designed to securely hold 7mm thick 2.5" drives. While specifically tailored for the Node 304, the modular brackets can also be used universally with the Slide Mount Model by @PRINTSY as they share the same side mount profile. The design ensures optimal ventilation with built-in spacing between drives and is fully 3D printable, requiring no additional materials.

Printing Instructions:

• Recommended Material: PETG for better thermal resistance.
• Layer Height: 0.2mm.
• Nozzle Size: 0.4mm.
• Supports: Not required.

Assembly Instructions:

1. Attach Drives: Secure each 2.5" SSD to the modular brackets using two screws (one side only).
2. Snap Modules Together: Connect the modular brackets using the built-in snap mechanism.
3. Add End Plate: Attach the end plate to cover the snap-in pins once the modules are snapped together.
4. Install Mounting Rail: Replace the original HDD bracket(s) in your Node 304 case with the printed mounting rail.
5. Side Load SSD Array: Attach cables to the drives, then side-load the assembled SSD array into the installed mounting rail.
6. Secure Everything: Ensure all connections are secure and the SSD array is firmly in place.

Changelog:

• Version 2: added drive modules for 9.5mm and 15mm drives. These are based on spec, I've no such drives to test so please report any compatibility issues!
