The part comes out perfect for me (screws on with a safe amount of force and feels firm when using) when I multiply the X and Y axes by 1.15x.
Print it vertically (like it would be mounted on a transmitter). I printed in HIPS, PLA may be too hard to form threads when screwing it on.
