A nozzle to direct a fans flow laminar. It seems onto the fan with M4 nuts and bolts.

Also designed for printing upside down:
One side has a few overhangs, the other one needs support.
Choose whatever your printer can do better.
Walls are designed 0.4mm,
have that in mind when slicing.
