I've replaced the large navigation device on my bike with a smartwatch from Garmin (Venu SQ2), because apps like Komoot with their now quite good display of maps and turn-by-turn directions are completely sufficient.
The adapter has to be printed using flexible material (TPU). It is attached to the watch strap and holds absolutely securely. It is designed for 20mm wide wristbands. The hollow for the pulse sensor keeps the watch in position. There are versions for approx. 33mm handlebar diameters and for older bikes with 25mm.

Befestigung einer Smartwatch am Fahrradlenker zur Navigation
An meinem Fahrrad habe ich das große Navigationsgerät gegen eine Smartwatch von Garmin (Venu SQ2) ausgetauscht, denn Apps wie Komoot reichen mit ihrer unterdessen recht guten Darstellung der Karten und Abbiegehinweise völlig aus.
Der Adapter muss aus flexiblem Material gedruckt werden (TPU). Er wird mit dem Uhr-Armband fixiert und hält bombenfest. Er ist für 20mm breite Armbänder konstruiert. Die Vertiefung für den Pulssensor hält die Uhr in Position. Es gibt Versionen für ca. 33mm Lenker-Durchmesser und für ältere Fahrräder mit 25mm.
