I just bought a Weber Summit grill. This grill has a lot of nice features but no cup holder, c'mon!
3D printer to the rescue.
There is a holder for:
-REDUCE 14 oz drink cooler
-OXO, Good Grips, Precision Pour glass dispenser
-Starbucks 24oz double wall tumbler, should fit other similar sized conical vessels
The clip snaps onto the utensil rail. It has 10mm deep clearance holes for an M3 threaded insert. The holders bolt to the clip with 2each M3x12mm BHCS with an M3 washer.
The photos shown have the clip in ABS-GF and the holders in PETG. The clip will likely work fine in PETG as well.
These were printed on an X1C, 0.2mm layer height, with a 0.4mm nozzle.
I printed the clips on their top face. The clips could be oriented on their sides for even more strength.
All had 6 perimeters, the clips %50 infill, the holders, %100. No support.
The parts seem plenty strong for the task.
