Came up with the idea for this rack, hope you like it. I used 6 22mm round metal broom handles, about 135 cm in length. Thought i will use dowels at first, but then i checked the prices in my area and came up with this, the 6 were 8€, so i am happy. The assembled rack is 80cm wide, 58cm tall and 22cm deep, the prints are suitable to make it taller/wider as you find best.
No screws needed anywhere, the fit is so nice, that the middle shelf supports 10 full spool of material only with the friction joint.
The legs are needed to be able to use lowest shelf as previewed
Printed on the Tronxy X5SaPro, but it's sized to fit 22x22 cm machines in 2 goes. 0.25mm layer and 0.4mm nozzle,infill at 25%, although i will recommend 0.6 nozzle, with the slowness of my Tronxy it took it 3.5 days to print the whole batch (0.4 nozzle and 55mm/s)
Highly recommendable to print out the test ring first to assure tight fit between print and tube.
