My wife needed some pylons for dog training. The ones you can buy here are about €8 apiece, so I whipped this up using the form library in PrusaSlicer.
Size (X/ Y/ Z): 120 x 138.5 x 177.5 mm
I printed those in PLA, and they turned out well and sturdy - any other filament should work, too.
Oh, and they're stackable!
My print settings:
0.4mm nozzle
0.2mm layer height
3 walls
6 top, 6 bottom layers
20% cubic infill
Supports from build plate
One pylon uses about 86 grams of plastic and takes about 4:30h to print.
I've included the original .3mf if you want to mess with the “design” yourself. If you just want to print it, use the .stl.
