I had a nightstand that was missing 3 screws to hold tight the top shelf and I modeled this screw and printed it 3 times. After some trial and error, I was able to come up with this perfect-fit screw to hold the top shelf of the nightstand.
These screws were printed on my Ender 3 BL-Touch 3D printer with 5% infill and with no support nor brim.
