I liked @William_223753 models but wanted a 17 degree version. I wipped one up in Fusion 360 and this is the result.
I made the model from scratch but the design is a copy of William's work. I hope you find it useful.
I printed on the side to make layer lines align with the direction of the knife sharpening action.
I printed with a 0.12 layer height, and 0.4mm nozzel, for a relatively fine surface. I used a Bambu Labs X1 Carbon with PETG HF filament. The result was quite good, but there is some small amount of ringing around some edges, particularly around the text on the angle surface. I ran the finished block surface over some 320 grit paper to flatten it to my satifsfaction.
